The Sound

Experience Aurras live where contemporary sound meditations will bathe you in a magical symphony of sounds, weaving together ancient and modern instruments such as the singing bowls, gong and digital sound frequencies to transport you to realms of magic and wonder. The immersive sound meditations will leave you relaxed, enlightened and serenaded.
The Nature
Horses, mountains and oceans to ground you
An equine escape, our retreat will be offering the chance to tune into nature through horse riding sessions. Horse riding sessions are more than just an activity; it is merely there to serve as your grounding backdrop and to build self-trust.
Drawing from experience growing up riding horses, we understand the transformative power of standing on the saddle—building trust not only with the horse but also with oneself. It's about overcoming fears, taking that leap, and embracing the profound sense of empowerment that follows. Building that trust muscle strong.
The Place
Is the place to be. The retreat’s location will take place in a gorgeous former 13th Century Monastery set high up in the hillside of the Tramuntana of Mallorca. A ten minute drive away from the stunning village of Deia, known for its beauty and artistry. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, while surrounded by millennial olive groves. An ode to it’s heritage.
The Facilitator
The facilitator for this retreat will be hosted and led by Jeena, founder of Aurras. She’s a multidisciplinary Palestinian artist, hailing from Montreal and based in Copenhagen. Her work as a composer, sound therapist, instrumentalist, vocalist and visual artist fuse to create multidimensional sonic experiences. Stepping into her universe, she connects the sonic and the remedial, transporting you between light and dark.
With a background in Sound Design, certification in Sound Therapy, Gong Baths and a residency at Soho House Copenhagen, Jeena brings a unique approach to sound meditations. Unlike traditional sessions, Jeena blends electronic and acoustic instruments, all performed live to create an excitedly amplified meditative experience.

Menu will be carefully curated by holistic chefs offering authentic food from the region. It will include three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Early bird retreat rates start at €2400 and includes everything – except transportation from and to the Villa, alcohol and any additional treatments.
This includes a double bedroom with a twin sized bed, shared with one other person, terrace over looking ocean or mountain, shared bathroom - toilet and shower.

The remaining amount is payable 90 days before the retreat, and we will remind you well in advance.
