1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Aurras (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of our sound meditation platform (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To access the full functionality of the App, you must create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide your name and email address. This information is essential for the App’s functionality, including saving your preferences, routines, and tracking your streaks.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

• Account-Based Features: The App’s features, such as favoriting sounds, setting Morning/Evening Frequencies Routines, and tracking meditation streaks, are all account-based. Without an account, you will not be able to use these features.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

• Limited Data Collection: We respect your privacy. The only personal information we collect is your name and email address, which is necessary to provide and support the App’s core functionality.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Your data is used solely for enhancing your experience with the App.

• Data Security: We take appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information we collect. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

4. License Grant

Aurras grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, text, images, and sounds, are owned by Aurras or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to improve performance, enhance functionality, or address security issues. These updates may be automatic and may require you to update your version of the App to continue using it.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Aurras may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Amendments
