Tune into yourself, maybe even seek yourself? Our 4 day retreat will take you on a sensory overload of sonic experiences. Located in the beautiful mountains of Mallorca, on the start of the blooming spring prepping you before summer. The retreat will be primarily focused on Contemporary Sound Bath sessions, cacao ceremonies, horse back riding, sound walks and more.

The Sound

Drift effortlessly into a world where the lines between reality and dreams are hazy and the importance of the everyday is diminished. Experience Aurras live where contemporary sound meditations will bathe you in a magical symphony of sounds, weaving together ancient and modern instruments such as the singing bowls, gong and digital sound frequencies to transport you to realms of magic and wonder. The immersive sound meditations will leave you relaxed, enlightened and serenaded. 

The Nature

During the retreat there will be horse riding sessions involved to connect with nature and to create a sense of groundedness and self trust. Growing up riding horses, we had to stand on the saddle to build trust with the horse, but also with ourselves, eliminating your own fears from taking the leap you need.

and a healthy dose of whimsy to connect you with your authentic self. The combination of experiencing a sound meditation prior to painting will heighten your intuition and put you in the Theta Brain State which is the state of creativity. This combination of sound and visual art will enhance your experience for self expression, indulgence and remedying the soul.

The Facilitator

Sound Retreat will be facilitated by founder of Aurras Jeena. A musician, sound therapist and visual artist who creates experimental and avant-garde contemporary sound experiences using targeted sound frequencies to guide you into the theta brain state (meditative state) and realign your mind and body into relaxation. With a background in sound and art, Jeena wanted to combine the two mediums to allow self exploration and expression. She’s performed in many cities and shared her technique at massive events including Roskilde Festival in Denmark.  

The Place

Discover the Wonderland of Cappadocia

Step into a fairy tale land as you explore the captivating wonders of Cappadocia. You’ll be hosted at local a family owned space with a stunning terrace that overlooks the magical city of Cappadocia, right in the heart of Goreme where you’ll be surrounded by the magical landscapes dotted with fairy chimneys, cave dwellings, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

Simply imagine yourself starting your day with being bathed in an early morning sound meditation while the infamous air balloons are being set to rise into the dusky, cotton candy sky. The echoes of the enchanting caves of Göreme as you sip tea and treat yourself with turkish delights.

The Menu

The retreat will welcome you each morning with aromatic Turkish tea, followed by authentic Turkish breakfast with an assortment of flavourful dishes and fresh fruit, an afternoon snack and dinner with a tantalizing blend of vibrant flavors and aromas, combining traditional culinary techniques with an exquisite array of ingredients such as succulent grilled meats, fragrant spices, tangy yogurt and fresh vegetables all served on the terrace.

Accommodation rate is the fee for the entire retreat which includes accommodations, food and supplies.

Transportation and flights are not included - a shuttle bus from airport can be booked upon request for an additional cost.
