We’re so thrilled to have you join our first retreat! This will be an experience for the books & having you be a part it makes it so special.

Here are some important things to know:

Deposit:

To reserve your spot, a deposit of €500 is required as a down payment. The remaining amount is payable 90 days before the retreat, and we will remind you well in advance.

Refunds:

Refunds for the retreat fee are available under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests received more than 60 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a full refund of the retreat fee, minus the deposit.

Cancellation requests received between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the retreat fee, minus the deposit.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the cancellation request.

Cancellation:

In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant enrolment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative options or a full refund will be provided.

Transfers:

Transfer of your reservation to another person may be allowed under certain circumstances and with prior approval from the organizer. Any transfer requests should be submitted in writing.

Travel and Insurance:

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to and from the retreat location.

It is recommended that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen belongings.

Payment options:

Option One: Pay the Full Amount. You can choose to pay the full retreat fee upfront. This will guarantee your reservation and allow you to fully enjoy the retreat experience.

Option Two: Pay €500 deposit to secure your place. By making this deposit, you will secure your place in the retreat, and the remaining balance will be due January 1 2025.
